It is our employees who continue to make Tanner Consulting a great place to work. We believe that while many employees have a specialty area, we should all understand the basics of every part of the company. This leads to better communication between individuals, a higher quality of work, and happy clients. We understand that we need to continually invest back into our employees by providing educational opportunities through lunch and learns, quarterly meetings, attending industry specific seminars, or supporting individuals in gaining certifications and licenses. We would not be who we are without the continued collaboration between our Civil Engineers, Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, Planners, and Administrative staff.
