Tanner’s landscape architects were retained to provide land planning services on a 200-acre parcel located in Midwest City, OK. The developer was interested in creating a village style development with many residential product sizes and price points located around a traditional town center. The existing floodplain provided an opportunity to create a large community park and trail system. The village also includes multi-family housing, a church, assisted living facility, and office space.
