Tanner Consulting was hired to help design a 170-acre master-planned community located on the border between Bixby, OK and Tulsa, OK.  Tanner consulting provided zoning support, FEMA coordination, master-planning, civil engineering,  amenity design, entrance design, and surveying.  The amenities include two pools, a clubhouse, and 1.5 miles of walking path.  The path runs along a creek in a greenway and around a 12 acre lake.  The project is scheduled to be completed in fall of 2020.
